Mr Clifton came highly reccomend, all the appointments at stamford and Peterbourgh ran to time, staff were friendly and curtious. Mr Clifton outlined the operation and risks very clearly, was extremely pleasant and filled us with confidence. The knee replacement went smoothly, I was only in hospital 4 nights. After 6 weeks I am driving, bowling and cutting my lawns. I cannot reccomend Rupert Clifton highly enough.

In the past six months Mr Clifton has operated on me to give me two total knee replacements. As someone with a chronic systemic illness who had never before been admitted to hospital I was very worried about the operation and the recovery process. Mr Clifton patiently dealt with all my anxieties and clearly explained in layman's terms the details of the operation. The care and professionalism he showed cannot be faulted. My recovery from both operations has been speedy and without a doubt a large part of this must be down to his skill as a surgeon.
